Description

The Colonial Square Inn & Suites is centrally  located on 8th street in Saskatoon. We are currently looking for a "Part Time Front Desk Agent" to work in the day and evening shifts, No nights. The shifts will be during the week and  weekends and some holidays.

Currently we are looking to cover two to three shifts in a week with the possibility to get more shifts.This will be a permanent part time job to start with but might be converted to the full or part time permanent job.

We are looking for a reliable person who is willing to work as a team and can provide  great customer service to the guests. Must have an excellent communication skills both written and oral.

We will provide you a full two weeks training.

Some of the duties are:
Register arriving guests and assign rooms. Process group arrivals and departures.
Take, cancel and change room reservations.
Provide information on hotel facilities and services, Provide general information about points of interest in the area.
Investigate and resolve complaints and claims.
Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments, Balance cash.
Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying).
Assist clients/guests with special needs.
Handle wake-up calls.
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Provide customer service, Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
