Description

As a Parts Representative you will strive to display excellent communications skills with a vast customer base. The successful candidate will be tasked with carrying out Brandts view of Powerful Value Delivered to each and every customer. The Parts Representative will be responsible in delivering service to customers across the country for a diverse product line. Brandt has a rigorous and comprehensive training program to educate you on product, terminology and techniques to be demonstrated on a daily basis. Providing our customers with industry leading support and professional experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Placing customer orders throughout our network of locations spanning from coast to coast.
Provide pricing and inventory shipping times to customers.
Assisting customers by navigating multiple parts lookup programs.
Providing assistance for other Brandt field staff members.
Dealing with multiple vendors to provide the customers with various options.
Continuous training to maintain the highest level of service.
Assisting other departments to achieve a harmonious working environment.
Various other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:
Previous related industry experience in heavy equipment, truck, automotive or agricultural parts.
Superior customer service skills.
Well versed in all Microsoft applications.
Understanding of working in a group environment.
Strong written, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to multiple parts and inventory programs.
Journey person certificate or equivalent industry experience.
