Description

Reporting to the Vice President-Customer Support, the Director of Parts Operations leads and directs the Parts Operations for the Brandt Group of Companies.  The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and developing strategies for delivering world-class parts service to support our customers while managing costs and assets.  Further responsibilities include: managing the Brandt call center, quality and productivity initiatives, budget planning, salary and manpower planning, and communication regarding parts initiatives with branch operations on the Tractor side of the business and the dealer network on the Industries side.  This position is a key liaison with partners and suppliers of parts for Brandt.

Required Experience:

Previous managerial experience
Highly motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous Industry experience
Experience in inventory management
Post-secondary education in business administration or supply-chain management
