B&H Canvas is currently looking for a retail store manager for our Saskatoon location.

As a retail store manager, you will be responsible for:
Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Ensure the availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts;
Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers
Work with vendors and manufacturers to bring in effective marketing displays for the sales floor and store windows
Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable
Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
Ensure standards for quality, customer service
Respond to customer complaints and comments
Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues
Initiate changes to improve the business


This job will require travelling between Saskatoon and Birch Hills on a weekly bassist.
