We are currently looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join our team.
Essential functions of the Job:
- Prepare bi-weekly, special and commission payroll
- Process and ensure year-end payroll requirements are met
- Assist with PIER review and taxable benefits preparation and review
- Administer employee benefits program
- Support organizational compliance with federal and local regulations
- Responsible for managing and updating ADP payroll system
- Support Human Resources Department with projects and programs
Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources, Business
- Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification would be an asset
- 3-5 years experience in a payroll position; Human Resources background would be an asset
- Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to prioritize work loads, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- ADP Workforce Now experience is required
