Complete operations of concession including ordering,banking, maintenance of records of inventory and food cost, maintaining hygiene, compliance with Canadian food safety standards, customer service,food handling, cashier,should be able to work alone and in team, should be able to work flexible hours, scheduling shifts, hiring and train employees.
Maintain employee records, prepare payroll, and complete paperwork to comply with laws and regulations.
