LOOKING FOR An Inn Assistant Manager

New Country Roads Motor Inn. provides comfortable accommodation in Cut Knife, Saskatchewan for Business People, Families, Vacationers & Service Crews.
Currently we are looking for a quality Inn Assistant Manager to join our organization.  All applicants that seek long term employment is welcome.

Requirement:
Excellent interpersonal skills is an asset;
2-3 years of working experience in a hotel/motel industry;
Activator/self-motivated to accomplish goals, with a strong sense of responsibility;
Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail;
Must be flexible with working nights, weekends, and holidays;
Work with minimal supervision.


Duties:
1. Direct, oversee, and manage daily operations for our organization;
2. Help foster a positive working environment for all workers and check in regularly to ensure guests' satisfaction;
3. Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures and implement new processes,
4. Communicate with guests and receive feedback;
5. Deal with customers' and guests' complaints and concerns;
6. Order daily supplies and inspect entire Inn for cleanliness and attractive appearance;
7. Greet and register customers and guests;
8. Receive and process advanced payments, as well as interview, hire and fire motel staff when necessary;
9. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
