Medicentres Occupational Health is seeking a Full Time Client Services Representative in the Saskatoon Clinic. The ideal candidate brings a strong commitment to deliver exceptional customer service as part of an award winning team. The Client Services Representative (CSR) will work in the Call Centre of the Saskatoon Clinic, as well as provide administrative support to the office as needed. Employees are eligible for excellent health benefits after three months, as well as a great group RSP.
Responsibilities:
Booking services provided across Canada
Processing payments for services rendered
Administrative duties as assigned
Skills:
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn company specific software programs
Attention to detail and accuracy
Desire to meet high standards of performance
Bilingualism is an asset
Qualifications:
Completion of an administrative certificate is an asset.
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre is an asset.
Demonstrated typing speed of at least 50 wpm.
