Job Duties:
-Prepare and cook cuisine from the menu.
-Plan menu and determine food portions size
-Ensure to maintain high quality of foods
-Prepare salad dressings and sauces
-Oversee kitchen operations
-Hire and train kitchen helpers
-Monitor and order supplies
Requirements:
- Min. 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience required
- Completion of secondary school required
- Communication skills in English required
Term: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Wage: $13.50 per hour
Benefits: 5.77% of salary as vacation pay
