JOB DESCRIPTION
The primary function of this position is to: drive retention and account activity within identified accounts. The primary goal of this position is to: analyze sale trends to identify opportunities and all related follow up activities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct activities to drive sale achievements that meet or exceed departmental goals with respect to retention and account activity of identified accounts.
Regular data analysis of account profiles to identify sales opportunities and all related follow up activities, such as contacting customer to capture a sale.
Conduct outbound telephone calls and/or email to meet established goals.
Administrative work related to account profiles such as, but not limited to: Account set up, maintaining up to date account and contact profiles for all account types, tracking sale efforts, furniture quotes, price inquiries, etc.
Partnering with staff in other departments to communicate information, resolve problems and ensure optimum customer service.
Provide information regarding full line of office supplies, catalogue furniture, and all other provided services available, to build and maintain customer relationships.
Process orders both timely and accurately as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Capacity to establish, maintain and promote high standards of professional etiquette and superior customer service.
Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills, and excellent phone etiquette.
Strong interpersonal skills (ability to effectively deal with others tact/diplomacy/courtesy).
Goal oriented, strong analytical and organizational skills.
Creative problem solving skills.
ADDITIONAL ASSETS
Demonstrated Knowledge: Winsol (or like Inventory/Order Entry/Sales software)
Work Experience: Inbound/Outbound Customer Service, Sales Administration, Sales Analyst or other relevant related experience 6 to 12 months
