Description

Job Location:  14 miles north of Estevan on Hwy #47.

Job Description:

- Slaughter livestock
- Remove inedible parts from carcass
- Split carcass into smaller portions for easier handling
- Cut beef/pork into primal cuts and specific cuts
- Remove skin, excess fat, bruises, and blemishes from the carcass or meat portions
-Processing of wild game
-Deboning of animal and sausage making

Applicant must be able to work independently.

Applicants who have their journeyperson certificate preferred, a minimum of 2 years experience is required.

All qualified applicants are welcome!  You must reside in and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
