We have an immediate opening for an experienced service shop manager, preferably with knowledge in agriculture and John Deere equipment.

As a personable, organized leader, you are the connection between our customers and our heavy-duty mechanics.  You oversee service operations within the agriculture dealership to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You monitor and contribute to profitable service labor sales and exercise disciplined expense control.  You effectively engage department personnel to meet and exceed customer and performance expectations.

Your background:
6+ years experience in an agriculture service shop
3+ years supervisory experience
Heavy Equipment Mechanic trade certification a strong asset
Understanding of John Deere equipment and competitive products
Computer savvy
Ability to work extended hours and weekends
Excellent communication skills, strong customer focus and ability to lead a team.
