Wallace Construction is a leader in Southwest Saskatchewan, specializing in a wide variety of commercial and residential projects, and is currently looking to fill 2 immediate openings for full-time Exterior Finishers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Applying building wrap and sealing around penetrations openings
Installation of metal flashings & trim
Working with various exterior finishes (e.g. Hardie, assorted metal, vinyl, soffit & fascia)
Ability to run an eavestrough machine
Ensure a safe work place through regular cleaning of work site, tools and equipment
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 4yrs experience in construction or related industry
Good working knowledge & understanding of construction, general codes, carpentry and the trade in general
Knowledge and safety tickets in operating equipment such as Zoom Boom, Back Hoe, Skid Steer, Genie Lift, Forklift etc. considered an asset
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Required to work with the following tools: Sawzall, skill saw, chop saw, table saw, radial arm saw, drills and air tools
Able to demonstrate organizational, time-management and decision-making skills
Able to manage a fluctuating workload and set priorities to meet deadlines
Ability to work alone in a self-managing role or in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
Perform manual labour, including bending, stooping, reaching, carrying and lifting heavy objects weighing up to 45 lbs.
