We are looking for a full-time career Receptionist for our busy Property Management office to join our team. In this support role, you will play a key part in maintaining a positive, smooth flow of customer service, operations and administrative activities. As the first point of contact for our clients, a thorough understanding of our services (training provided) with the ability to command the front desk is imperative. The Receptionist will be confident and enthusiastic; a professional & cheerful communicator who can multi-task and stay courteous at all times; promptly and courteously attend to telephone calls & visitors; process and receive payments, ensure forms are completed; mail is distributed; keep common space(s) and front desk area immaculate; order supplies, keep inventory stocked; be able to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Outstanding customer service
2+years administrative experience and/or equivalent education
Exceptional experience with a multi-line switchboard an asset
Knowledge in real estate or real estate/corporate law preferred
Superior organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure with a strong eye for detail
Punctual with an ability to work both independently and in a team situation
