Description

Fountain Holdings LTD Is currently hiring a Full- time Administrative Assistant, this is a permanent position.

Job Duties: Schedule and confirm medical appointments, enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence, Interview patients in order to complete forms, documents, complete insurance and other claim forms, Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records. Prepare financial statements and billing, office administrative support procedures, order supplies and maintain inventory, determine and establish office procedures and routines

Employment Terms: Hourly wage of $16.40 CAD per hour 30 to 40 hours per week (full time/permanent) Two weeks vacation allowance after 12 months of employment Annual vacation pay of at least 4%, compliance with SK Employment Standards Act. Start Date: As soon as possible.


Employment Requirements: Good English Communication Skills (working conditions are English based). High school (secondary school) graduate or equivalent. At minimum one year of professional administrative office background work experience Dependable, Client Focused, Team player, Well Organized. Please submit application as follows:
