The Opportunity

Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Manager of Wealth Management will be responsible for the development and administration of the Wealth Management portfolio. This includes investment advice and brokerage services, financial planning, estate planning and administration, trust services, and personal insurance services. They will coach, mentor and train their team to ensure performance is in line with our strategy and acting in accordance to our profitability and risk standards.  They will create and administer investment procedures and guidelines to meet compliance regulations and will develop new products and services to meet our members needs.


    Minimum of 2 years post-secondary education plus 7  9 years of job related experience.  
    Certified Financial Planner Designation is considered an asset.
    Previous management and coaching experience with a proven track record of motivating and developing high-performance teams is a requirement.
