Restaurant servers are part of a crew responsible for the general operation of the restaurant and assisting in all other duties around property if needed. This includes preparing the dining room for meals, taking customer orders, preparing bills and processing payments, helping the kitchen staff with dishwashing,cleaning the dining room and servers areas of the kitchen, and balancing daily financial transactions.
Additional duties assigned by the management are required time to time during peak and busy times.
Restaurant servers must demonstrate exceptional professionalism, customer service and guest relations skills.
Must be willing to work in other areas of lodge operations as needed during peak and busy times.
All staff are provided with free-of-charge private accommodations and three meals per day throughout the duration of the working season. Fishing boats are available to staff members during off-work hours free of charge (must only pay for gas).
