We are looking for an experienced counsellor whose focus is serving children and youth to join our counselling team.
This is a full time position which includes delivery of individual and family counselling services. Duties of the position include facilitation of psycho-educational groups.
Preference will be given to applicants at the
masters level who have experience working with
children and culturally diverse clients.
Applicants must have acquired one of the following from a reputable university: MSW, MA in clinical or counselling psychology, MEd in counselling psychology; Be a member in good standing with an appropriate professional association; and be available to work some evenings/weekends
The successful applicant must be able to work collaboratively and respectfully. Ability to contribute to a solution focused team environment is essential. The successful candidate will be adaptable in approach, well organized and proficient in time-management, workload prioritization and self directed work planning.
Salary is commensurate with education and
experience.
