Description

Reporting to the Residential Team Manager, the CRF (Community Residential Facility) Program Coordinator is responsible for the daily operation of the CRF unit, which includes overall coordination and fulfillment of the Correctional Services of Canada (CSC) contract for The Salvation Army Waterston Centre.  Ensures The Salvation Army Waterston Centre policy and procedures are adhered to within the CRF program.  Assesses, designs, implements, monitors, and evaluates all CRF programs and interventions and ensures that program and intervention content, structure and delivery are consistent with The Salvation Armys Waterston Centre guidelines and requirements of the CSC contract.  Provides direct casework and supervises clients in residential program and activities as necessary.
