GasBuddy is a smartphone app connecting drivers with their Perfect Pit Stop. On the Client Success Team, we provide value to fuel retailers and convenience store brands by offering a SaaS product called GasBuddy Business Pages. GasBuddy Business Pages allows clients to maintain their station information, manage their brand, and provide opportunities for them to drive more traffic to their locations.
To help our clients achieve success, we are looking to add a driven and energetic individual to join our growing Client Success Team. As a member of the Client Success Team, your focus will be to enable the team to sell GasBuddy Business Pages and work with existing clients to ensure they achieve and maintain success. Your responsibilities will include promoting the value of the product, launching clients, sharing best practices, troubleshooting issues, and supporting client requests and questions.
