Summary of Duties:
The position of Concession Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all retail food & beverage operation
customer needs are met and are completed in the utmost profession and courteous manner. The Concession Supervisor must be capable of being able to multitask in a number of positions relating to food & beverage, and must partake in various job duties when it is needed. They must be willing to embrace and practice teamwork in a leadership capacity. To provide organization, supervision, and leadership at all levels to ensure efficient and effective operation within the food and beverage areas. To facilitate customer satisfaction by ensuring concession staff under their supervision, are providing prompt, courteous and helpful service. To liaise with management to ensure all aspects of the operation within their responsibility maintains high and consistent standards.
Education and Experience:
-Grade twelve (12) education or a combination of related education and experience.
-Must have valid SIRS and Safe Food handling certifications.
-Five ten years experience in the Food Service industry required.
-Three five years supervisory experience required.
-Demonstrated experience in public relations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Knowledge of Health Regulations and Standards.
-Must be mature, observant, proactive and professional in action and appearance at all times.
Other:
-Must be 19 years of age or older as per SLGA requirements.
