Who We Are:
Driving Change Automotive Group, recognized as one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, oversees four dealerships across Saskatchewan and Manitoba Bennett Dunlop Ford, Moose Jaw Ford, River City Ford, & Carman Ford. We are currently seeking a Customer Engagement Coordinator to generate opportunities for our dealerships by booking appointments through inbound and outbound customer communications.
Who You Are:
- A customer service specialist that is adept at listening intently, identifying needs, and providing solutions to satisfy requirements.
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional manner.
- A team player that knows how to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
- Great at multi-tasking and adjusting to changing priorities.
- A quick learner that can grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently.
- Well organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in the core Microsoft Office applications.
- Available to work some evenings and some Saturdays.
