Admin/Sales Support
We are seeking an Administrative Professional to join our team in our Regina office. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. The ideal candidate needs to possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and be able to multi-task.
Responsibilities:
Data entry and filing
Assist sales team as required
Greet and assist walk-in clients
Answer inbound telephone calls and redirecting as required
Other duties as determined
Qualifications:
Experience in Microsoft Office programs (2013 & newer)
Previous experience in office administration and/or customer service
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to learn new technical software
Education:
High school graduate or equivalent
