Join a team of premiere Information Technology workers, specializing in corporate level support for Server, Network and Workstation infrastructure, Managed Services and Cloud solutions. Work directly with clients to bring solutions to enhance their infrastructure to optimize workflow and use of technology so they become more effective and profitable within their own organization.
Applicants must have proven technical skills specific to supporting Microsoft operating systems in a corporate infrastructure, Microsoft Office user support, general knowledge on the theory and practice of IP/ DNS/ DHCP, understanding of email setup and backend processes (including provisioning and supporting cloud services), remote and phone support. Applicant must have basic knowledge on server and network infrastructure to build upon. Good verbal communication skills, written skills for service tickets and customer communication; with good organization and disciplined time management abilities. Drivers license is necessary. Most hours are regular hours from Monday to Friday. Some overtime and travel required. Certifications are required upon application or will be necessary on a pre-determined schedule after hiring. Employees have access to training from a Microsoft Certified Trainer and through partnerships with Microsoft, HP, Comptia and more. Minimum certifications to be discussed upon hiring, depending on placement on technical team. Customer base is well established and expects consistency, professionalism and excellence from our staff.
