Description

Warman Home Centre LP (WHCLP) invites applications for the position of Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager is responsible for maintaining, evolving, growing, and improving WHCLPs marketing presence.

Responsibilities include:
Manage the creation, distribution and inventory of advertising collateral on all media outlets including, but not limited to social media, newspapers, magazines, radio, billboards, Google, and company websites.
Ensure brand management and corporate identity are consistent in all marketing and sales initiatives and congruent with business goals and objectives.
Communicate with all levels of management about current marketing initiatives.
Coordinate all in-store advertising banners, signs, business cards, etc. with sales and department managers.
Assist in creating planograms and merchandise displays.
Ensure product is clearly identified with signage, and neatly organized and displayed on the endcaps and/or shelving.
Plan, organize, and manage events pertaining to lead generation such as tradeshows, paint nights, workshops, etc.
Plan, organize, and manage the companys involvement in community events that are congruent with corporate values and objectives.
Continually identify new and innovative marketing opportunities.
Manage and Prepare annual advertising budgets and quarterly forecasts.
Solicit and monitor all supplier co-op advertising allowances.

Qualifications:
University degree, diploma or certificate in marketing, business or communications.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite; predominantly InDesign and Photoshop
Knowledge of web design and photography considered an asset
Effective organizational, administrative and time management skills; strong problem-solving skills; attention to detail
Attention for detail with a creative flare
