The very busy caf is expanding its business by adding more varieties in the serving menu of Vietnamese and Canadian dishes.
We are looking to hire the full-time permanent chef/baker with the following qualifications:
* 5 years experience as chef cook, specializing in Western and Vietnamese foods.
* 3 - 5 years experience in mentoring and managing assistant chefs, junior bakers.
* Able to develop new western and Vietnamese dishes from testing and research.
* Able to develop new ingredients for muffins, scones and other baking goods
* Must have cooking diploma or certificate (minimum 6 months training program)
* Fluent English and Vietnamese (be able to speak in Vietnamese with other chefs and bakers)

It is a fulltime permanent position. Starting wage will depend on the experience, but minimum $15.00/hour and will review after 3 months.
