When it comes to IT support, you are a jack of all trades. You know the difference between an SD card and a graphics card. You know what VOIP stands for and you can assist in setting it up in an office. Do the words Network, Linux, MacOS make you smile instead of reaching for a baseball bat? Responsibilities:

- Perform routine hardware/software maintenance processes including upgrades, replacements, imaging, data recovery, and diagnostics procedures
- Maintain and troubleshoot company assets including laptops, network printers, desk phones, and mobile phones
- Prepare and setup new employee access and equipment
- Manage company assets, including ordering and tracking equipment
- Support software solutions for the office, including Slack, VPN, G-Suite, etc.
- Administer general administration of various company software systems
- Complete server patching and overall maintenance
- Perform administrative duties (expenses, record keeping, documentation)
- Be willing to provide after hours support, when required
