Description

Can-Seed Equipment Ltd. is looking for a Parts/Warehouse Representative who exceeds in a quick-pace sales environment with exceptional customer service and effectively sell products in order to meet customer needs.
The successful candidate will be mechanically inclined and come from an agricultural background.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Maintain current product knowledge of all equipment, parts, and services available to customers
-Identify, locate, price parts, and complete sales transactions from beginning to end
-Assist customers in addressing and resolving part related problems
-Ability to sell in a fast pace environment under minimal supervision
-Shared responsibility of all sales of parts for agriculture equipment and responsible to increase part sales
-Provide prompt and efficient service to achieve maximum sales and customer satisfaction
-Provide follow up with customers and build strong and loyal relationships
-First to answer telephone calls
-Develop new accounts while maintaining existing accounts
-Prepare daily call reports
-Ability to solve problems independently and as a team
-Assist with loading and unloading of trucks
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Salesforce
-Follow all safety procedures

Education and Experience:
-Mechanically inclined
-Strong understanding of farming practices in Western Canada
-Exceptional attention to detail
-Excellent time management, multi-tasking, organizational, & prioritization skills
-Necessary understanding of Can-Seed customers expectations & understanding of how to deliver on those expectations
-Superior decision-making skills & the ability to lead others through a decision-making process
-Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
-Exceptional relationship management & networking skills to function in a diverse environment
