Consistently monitor customers service ensuring that all service standards are met and that the best restaurant experience is provided to all guests.
To Assist the Front of the House Manager in daily duties supervising FOH staff on job assignments, opening and closing duties, scheduling.
To make certain that the restaurant is being kept clean and organized at all times.
To visit customers tables and talk to them about their experience.
Perform employees cash outs, discounts and all other regular cash handling procedures.
To monitor quality and presentation of food and beverages being served are according to standard.
To understand and promote new offers and make sure they are consistently followed.
To coach and help staff achieve their daily goals for sales, service and standards.
To assist in restaurant opening and closing duties
To assist in all Service and FOH activities.
