J&H Builder's Warehouse / J&H Homes / J&H Renovators is currently looking for a Director of Purchasing.

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

Leading, training and supporting the Purchasing Team

Negotiating large volume purchases

Managing inventory levels for demand and profit

Co-coordinating annual product and margin reviews

Supporting / assisting in commodity purchasing

Represent J&H on buying group negotiation teams

Directing quick and efficient responses on special order inquiries

Working with vendors on warranty claims

Working directly with the Marketing Team

Management of vendor rebates and marketing support

This position is best suited for a highly organized, energetic person that has great communication and relationship building skills.
