Inhouse Computer Service and Repair Tech
Wages and Salary: Based on experience.

Description
RescueTECH is one of Regina's best rated PC and Mac repair shops. We service and repair both Mac and PC computers. As well as Apple and Android devices. We are looking for an experienced Service Technician for our in house repair service team.
Duties and job requirements
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems on client computers.
Must be familiar with working with and troubleshooting Windows, Mac OS systems as well as IPhones and Tablets. Experience installing and replacing parts as needed. OS installs, Malware cleanups, etc.
Complete works orders, document work and invoice customers for work undertaken.
Prepare cost estimates.
Ability to work with others, and the general public (in person, on the phone and occasionally online) is a requirement of this position.
Some light lifting required ie, moving desktop computers and monitors.
Additional Criteria
Responsible and reliable work history (references required)
Interest in Information Technology
Strong work ethic
Valid drivers license (optional).
Ability to work independently
Excellent customer service skills, personable and good attitude.
