Trinity Excavating is province wide heavy construction company. We have been in business since 2004 and have become one of the provinces respected construction company. We provide earth moving, site development, aggregate production, and excavation for industrial, commercial, and public sectors. We are currently accepting applications for highly experienced Groundspeople on our gravel crushing crew.
Responsibilities:
Safe clearing and cleaning crushing equipment while in operation
Ensure equipment is operated efficiently, maintained, and in compliance with the company safety program
Abiding by Company rules and safety regulations, you will perform and accurately complete all required paperwork i.e. Daily Timesheets, Pre-Job Hazard Assessments, Equipment pre-use inspections
Operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life
Ensure equipment is maintained according to company maintenance program
Must wear all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment(PPE)
Ability to follow direction, remain alert and maintain a high level of concentration, must know the limitations of the vehicle using a spotter when visibility is poor
We are looking for:
Must be experienced with skid steers and loaders.
Must have gravel crushing experience.
Must be able and willing to work in physically demanding conditions and perform physical labour, when required, including heavy lifting and climbing.
An individual with a strong work ethic and positive team attitude who is reliable and dependable
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Must be willing to travel out of town and work night shifts.
