The Lung Association, Saskatchewan is currently hiring Tele-recruiters to call individuals to purchase tickets for the Breathe Strong Raffle. Callers will work from The Lung Association office in Saskatoon. The work days will be: May 15 and 16, and May 21 to 31 and working hours will be from 3:00pm to 9:00pm on the dates listed. You must be available for these days.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be able to speak and write fluent English
- Utilize the provided script for calls
- Meet recruitment call targets per shift
- Maintain neat, accurate and organized files/records
- Enter buyers information into computer system for processing
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- Adhere to all internal Lung Association policies, procedures, and guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12 Education
- Calling experience would be beneficial
- Computer skills are an asset
- Verbal and written communication skills
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Positive, influential individual that is able to build a quick connection via the phone
- Target and goal driven
- High level telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
