Reporting to the RDIEC Executive Director, the Program Facilitator is responsible for defining programs and developing a schedule of offerings and events for the various stakeholders.
This will be a temporary contract position in effect from September 3st, 2019 until either August 31st, 2020 or the mutually agreed upon completion of a maximum of 100 contract days. Compensation would be set at $300 per day.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in determining resources (people, time, money, equipment etc.) required for RDIEC program offerings
Assist in the development of a schedule for program completion that effectively allocates the resources to the planned events
Development and provision of a publicly available program calendar
Ensure that all programs are staffed with chaperones and volunteers from the school division, community based organizations and government agencies within reasonable guidelines
Ensure appropriate documentation is developed/provided for program activities
Monitor the progress of each program offering and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the program
Assist in the preparation of reports on program offerings for funders
Assist with budgeting requirements related to program expenditures
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Education & valid Saskatchewan Teaching Certificate
Valid Drivers License
Criminal Record Check [recent within 3 months]
