Description

Kindersley Mainline is currently looking for an experienced Financial Service Manager to join our team for a 1 year full time mat leave position. The successful candidate will be motivated, customer-focused and a results-driven individual. You will be responsible for securing financing/leasing for our customers and explaining all the vehicle benefits.

Responsibilities:

Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines
Preform credit interview, prepare credit application, verify accuracy of all material information on the credit application and submit to lender
Adhere to the privacy consent laws
Disclose financial information to customers
Maintain good lender relations
Prepare weekly and monthly reports requested by management
Adhere to a standard of professional ethics
Achieve personal objectives through individual sales and customer service goals
Comply with local, federal and provincial regulations that affect new and used vehicle sales    
Attend management meetings to discuss business development and department statistics
Timely and accurate completion of all vehicle purchase paperwork including tax, title and lien searches/discharges

Skills & Abilities:

Knowledgeable in provincial regulations/legislation
Ability to read, understand and calculate banking figures
Ability to analyze, understand and read credit reports
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent in time management
Ability and strength to work independently
Assertive, upbeat and enthusiastic personality
Positive role model and team player

Previous dealership or banking experience is an asset
