As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for building and supporting a highly motivated and productive Sales Team that have the ability to achieve sales and revenue growth expectations and provide a high standard of customer service! You will have the ability to plan, organize, direct, mentor and evaluate the Sales Team. You will ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures and provide the Sales Team with up to date marketing and promotional strategies. You will be directly responsible for developing a passionate and customer focused Sales Team that achieves repeat business through the development of strong relationships and regularly exceeding customer expectations. You will report to the General Manager and will be assigned additional duties as required!
