Canpotex is currently seeking a Director, Credit (19-10) in the Sales Administration Department in our Saskatoon office.    

Reporting to the Vice President, Strategy and Sales Administration and guided by Canpotexs mission, vision, values and strategic plan, you are responsible for leading all credit risk management functions within the organization to ensure the financial security of sales as well as the enterprise risk management function. You are responsible for leading and managing the team, ensuring the credit process facilitates Canpotex sales and strategic plan while enhancing the companys processes and controls around risk.

You are accountable for critically assessing strategy and driving all sales credit and risk initiatives for the organization including developing and improving policies and procedures, measuring and analyzing various risks, assisting in the development of risk mitigation strategies, and reporting on risks.
