KRN TOLENTINO ARCHITECTURE Ltd. is currently accepting applications for the position of: Architectural Technologist/3D Visualization Modeler to join our growing team. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented with strong three-dimensional modeling, rendering and visualization skills with the ability to work well under pressure. We offer group benefits and competitive wages. Previous experience in the Architectural and Interior design firm is mandatory.
Responsibilities will include:
Develop 3-D Exterior and Interior models of architectural designs using Revit, Sketch-up and 3D Studio Max
Prepare conceptual floor plans as presentation drawings to Client
Develop plans, elevations, cross sections and detailed drawings;
Analyze building codes, by-laws, space requirements, site requirements and other technical documents and reports
Consult with clients to determine needs, preferences, safety requirements and purpose of space
Communicate verbally and by email with team members regarding project status and schedule
Working with production teams
Assist in writing specifications
Assisting with and/or managing contract administration services
Qualifications:
Architectural graduate from a recognized Architectural Technologists Program;
Experience as Architectural technologist and 3D Visualization Modeler in an architectural design firm with minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience.
Experience in Revit, 3D Studio Max and Sketchup modeling softwares;
Ability to stay organized while working on more than one project at differing stages of development
Speed, accuracy and proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Have a thorough understanding of the current National Building Code of Canada, with emphasis on both Part 3 and Part 9.
Extensive knowledge in the production of working drawings for residential and commercial projects.
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
