Description

What you will do:
Build and maintain relationships and partnerships with key diversity stakeholders in our operating territories including community partners and Indigenous groups
Collaborate to ensure external communication leverages Nutriens brand and enhances business value promoting ourselves as a diversity and inclusion leader in our industry
Work with suppliers to create opportunities for local Aboriginal content in collaboration with the procurement department
Build trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders; Human Resources, Procurement, Community Relations and Investment, Nutrien site leadership and Nutrien Ag Solutions to realize Nutriens strategic inclusion goals
Implement a multi-year strategic inclusion plan including: KPIs, leveraging best practices, feedback from internal and external stakeholders and ensures Nutrien is continuously advancing efforts to cultivate an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace, supply chain and communities
Collaborate with internal business leaders in the design, development and implementation of business wide programs/initiatives
Provide deep expertise and consultation to key stakeholders (HR, Community Relations & Investment, Procurement) to help guide strategies and initiatives for retail, nutrient and/or site specific short term and long term plans


What you will bring:
Experience in the implementation of diversity and inclusion strategies in the areas of human resources, procurement and community relations and investment
Experience working in cross cultural environments and with diverse groups
Superior interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to effectively interact and communicate (verbally and written) with Nutrien personnel, senior management as well as senior community leaders, media and vendors
Demonstrated experience leading community outreach programs in a manner that enhances brand and reputation within our communities while meeting business objectives
