What you will do:
Preparation of Joint Venture monthly financial statements and related accounting
Managing the annual audit of the Joint Ventures
Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Cash Flow proofs
Preparation of cross-system Intercompany Account reconciliations and adjustments
Consolidation accounting
Work regularly with Corporate Reporting, the Joint Venture partners and plant personnel, IT and some members of senior management
What you will bring:
An accounting designation is required for this position
An in depth understanding of financial statement preparation and analysis is necessary
Audit and SOX compliance experience
Interpersonal skills must be strong as the position requires interaction with various groups both internal and external
Discretion and a respect for confidentiality is necessary as the position is occasionally privy to information that is sensitive and not widely distributed
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a timely and accurate fashion
