We're looking for an experienced leader who knows personal property insurance products like the back of their hand. A trailblazer who is ready and excited for the opportunity to define the product strategies that will secure SGI CANADA's future as a major Canadian P&C insurance player. As a leader, you know the value of collaboration; you understand that diversity is key and you get the right people in the room. You expertly apply your keen analytical skills to those collaborative outputs to ensure that the decisions being made will maximize profitability and drive growth for the company. You'll identify opportunities for unique and innovative offerings and pricing strategies that respond to the interests of targeted customer segments and you will provide key insights into our corporate marketing strategy and campaigns. You'll also champion our customer centric approach within our product management team, while ensuring products and coverages align to the initiatives and risks of each segment.
Requirements
We're looking for candidates who have a degree in insurance and risk management, business administration, mathematics, statistics or actuarial science, as well as a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. Candidates should have at least eight years of management experience with increasing responsibility and three years of experience in a technical insurance, statistical, actuarial or finance position. An alternative combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
