That's where you fit in. We're looking for a strategic and creative MarComm professional to join our growing team. Someone who can build internal and external communications strategies and deliver projects that get results. Someone who can work confidently with stakeholders at all levels to support their communications needs.

As Communications Director, you will report to the VP, Marketing and Communications and join a smart, friendly team comprised of another Communications Director, a Marketing Director and a Senior Marketing & Communications Administrator. As a small team, we're collaborative and flexible, supporting each other as needed to get the job done. You will be asked to stretch at times, show your strategic abilities and "can do" attitude to help across different functions such as Marketing, Sales Support and Sponsorships.

We're looking for enthusiastic candidates with an undergraduate degree or diploma in Communications or Public Relations, or an equivalent combination of experience and formal education. Ideally, you have at least 10 years experience at a senior strategic level in communications, either in-house or with an agency. You have proven success in conceiving and delivering communications campaigns that achieve business goals, and are comfortable managing relationships with external agencies and consultants. You're willing to jump in, take accountability, take direction, and collaborate to make an impact.

Our preference is for this role to be based in Saskatoon but we're open to you joining our team in Vancouver, Toronto or Regina as well.
