Contegrity - as you can probably guess by the name - is a company founded on the belief that honesty and integrity are of the utmost importance and central to everything we do.
We're looking for a team member who shares our care and value for upstanding character, commitment to excellence, a minimum of 3 years experience serving as a journeyman in the industry with leadership capabilities/aspirations and is looking to advance in the industry.
We do predominantly residential work - centred around Swift Current - and we do construction based contract work to build and renovate homes within an hour and a half of town.
Job responsibilities would include things like:
Work with and lead a team to complete projects, managing them from beginning to completion.
Manage project schedule, budget, and progress - coordinated with other contracted tradesmen.
Being comfortable with all common aspects of construction like reading blueprints, using hand/power tools, machinery, painting, etc.
Maintaining a safe and productive work environment while part of a team or while working alone.
Being committed to continual improvement with a positive attitude.
