The Lloydminster & District Co-operative Limited is currently recruiting for a Vice President of Operations.
Reporting to the CEO, The VP of Operations is a key member of the executive leadership team. The VP Operations has overall responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all departmental operational activities for the Marketplace and Gas Bars. This includes direct responsibility for strategic planning, member relations, facility maintenance and economic development.
Qualifications:
A Degree/Diploma in business or a combination of education and or experience. 8 to 10 years experience in retail operations management, project management, or business preferably at a leadership level.
