Glaslyn C-Store & Restaurant is a convenience store & restaurant & gas station
located at Glaslyn, SK.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to fill
the Food Service Supervisor:

This is a full-time (part-time is also welcome), permanent position,
with a salary of $13.30-14.00/hr depending on experience (based on 36-40 hr/wk) and 5.8% vacation pay
(Overtime will be calculated after 40hrs)

This position is required completion of secondary school, and
At least 1 year working experience in related industry, or completion of college program in food service administration, hospitality management or related discipline.
Language: English

The main duties include:
-Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff
-Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
-Prepare food order summaries for chef
-Establish methods to meet work schedules
-Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
-Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
-Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
