Supervise the store staff and train the new staff properly, reporting the reports weekly or whenever required to the manager, proper knowledge of using the point of sale machines and authorizing the payments- cash, debit, credit or cheques, maintaining and estimating the stocks and the inventories and ordering them, providing excellent customer service and resolving any complaints issues, proper knowledge of the stocks on the shelves, preparing the sales, breakage, wastage reports regularly and reporting to the manager, providing any discounts or offers and advertising them properly
