Report to the Food and Beverage Manager Bars and Commissary this position will assist in the management of food and beverage operations for all Regina Exhibition Association Limited (REAL) operating Evraz Place events as well as the daily beverage operations. As a member of REALs Management team, the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager participates in the development of the strategic planning process, develops, and implements the food and beverage business plan to achieve set goals. This position will provide leadership and direction to employees who are responsible for the ordering, inventory, sales & serving of beverage and commissary items; assist in the management of daily operations to ensure proper cash management controls are followed by staff members, maintenance and updating of the Point of Sale System software and hardware, ensuring adherence to liquor regulations, safe food and beverage service, ensuring waste is minimized and properly recorded and dealing with escalated service delivery situations.
