Our downtown Saskatoon office is the newest Felesky Flynn location with a small, but growing team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Corporate Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to: Provide a variety of administrative and legal assistance including but not limited to:  
- Preparing documents for amendments, withdrawals, mergers and dissolution's of corporations, partnerships and/or limited liability companies;
- Maintaining corporate minute books;
- Preparing and maintaining annual returns;
- Obtaining and reviewing name reservations;
- Completing searches and registrations;
- Electronic and hard copy filing with Corporate Registry;
- Opening and closing files;
- Opening new matters;
- Preparing engagement letters;
- Obtaining client identification and verification;
- Editing (or drafting of) documents;
- Coordinating meetings, minutes and agendas
- Preparing CRA Forms;
- Providing coverage for other assistants as necessary; and
- Various other duties or responsibilities as assigned by Lawyer and Business Manager.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Legal Assistant certificate or diploma;
- 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience
- Client-focused;
- Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail;
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines, while ensuring accuracy;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent Microsoft Word skills;
- Experience with drafting and formatting letters and other documents;
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to evolving work processes;
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills; and
- Demonstrates a collaborative and supportive team environment.
