Description

As our Administrative Assistant your duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our agents and policyholders
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Work with excel spreadsheets and Word documents
- Maintain electronic and paper file system
- Data Entry of Hail Insurance applications
- Daily entry of cash receipts, balancing the bank deposit and preparing the deposit documents
- Investigate agent errors and issue error notices
- Process policy amendments
- Prepare outgoing mail
- Filing
- Receiving Notices of Loss and preparing paperwork for distribution to our adjusters, scrutiny of the resulting claim adjustment paperwork and issuing loss awards
**Insurance Industry Experience would be an asset**
