Part-time Receptionist
Auto Gallery Subaru

Auto Gallery Subaru is looking to fill our Part Time evening and Saturday receptionist position. This position offers 10-15 hours per week with a rotating schedule, flexibility, and fun! Applicants must possess a professional appearance, attitude, and poise. Experience is preferred but not required.

Duties include but are not limited to:
    Operate a telephone switchboard effectively maintaining callers on hold a minimal amount of time.
    Must possess the skills to effectively handle all situations with customers.
    Must make a great first impression on all customers and dealership employees
    Must make sure all incoming calls are answered in a timely matter
    Must greet all customers promptly and professionally
    Complete assigned tasks as required from time to time
